Please note the work location is in our vibrant LEGO Campus in Billund, Denmark and no relocation assistance is offered for this role.

Core Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders in Product Marketing and Development (PMD) and Markets & Channels (M&C) to drive joint business initiatives for LEGO Model Production (LMP).
- Involve LMP concept teams in the creative planning of relevant activations and campaigns through ongoing collaboration.
- Engage in the early stages of marketing strategy development, ensuring clear communication and timely updates between M&C and PMD.
- Maintain a smooth workflow in marketing and product processes, aligning with all global touchpoints in the LEGO Ecosystem, including M&C representing LEGO-branded retail and third-party customers.
- Develop and implement marketing plans for LMP based on PMD strategies and partners’ Integrated Commercial Plans (ICPs), challenging the status quo to enhance client value.
- Position LMP as a trusted global partner for a variety of brick-based marketing solutions.
- Identify pitching opportunities and drive LMP engagement by connecting relevant parties and nurturing strong relationships while communicating LMP’s outstanding value and reflecting on partners' feedback.

- Proven experience in key account management, preferably in advertising.
- Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships.
- Insightful in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

- Skilled in negotiation and mediation between partners and internal teams.
