As the Clinical Product Specialist CVUS, you will be responsible for clinical applications training for customers, promotion of applications training products and growth programmes. You will deliver high quality applications training products and growth, support sales and service as well as support Ultrasound Team Leaders.

  • Demonstration of GE Healthcare ultrasound products at customer sites/hospitals and at conferences/exhibits/trade shows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the clinical application and integration of ultrasound solutions within diverse healthcare environments.
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to understand clinical workflows and ensure ultrasound products meet real-world needs.
  • Provide expert clinical input throughout the ultrasound product lifecycle, from concept to market launch.
  • Monitor ultrasound product performance in clinical settings, gather user feedback, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with the product development team to ensure ultrasound systems meet regulatory standards, users' expectations, business needs and clinical efficacy.
  • Act as a clinical liaison across departments including R&D, marketing, sales, and regulatory affairs to ensure cohesive development and successful market introduction of ultrasound technologies.
  • Deliver training and support to healthcare professionals on the effective use of ultrasound systems, ensuring optimal clinical outcomes.
  • Stay current with advancements in ultrasound imaging, clinical practices, and competitive technologies to inform product strategy.
  • Adapt to evolving project timelines and priorities in an agile, fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Sciences).
  • Deep understanding of ultrasound imaging modalities, clinical applications, and healthcare workflows.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate clinical needs into product requirements.
  • Experience using and/or supporting ultrasound systems in a clinical setting.
  • Proficiency with clinical software and imaging platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience in ultrasound product management, clinical applications, or as an ultrasound application specialist.
  • Experience training clinicians on ultrasound systems and supporting clinical adoption.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements for medical imaging devices.
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management and agile development processes.
  • Experience providing technical and clinical support during the sales process.

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to travel to customer sites, conferences, and internal meetings as needed.
