Shape the future of Offshore Renewables in COWI
To expand our capabilities, we are looking for a Senior Technical Director to join our Renewable Energy Executing Unit in Denmark. You will join the Renewable Energy Leadership Team, and you will report to the Senior Vice President.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
• Act as a leading technical expert and ambassador for COWI, representing the company both internally and externally to strengthen our professional brand and industry presence.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through direct engagement, helping to shape projects and identify new opportunities within the sector.
• Ensure technical and professional excellence across projects by guiding teams, aligning efforts, and maintaining coherence in project delivery.
• Collaborate with project leadership to develop and maintain project execution manuals that support high-quality, profitable project delivery.
• Deliver advanced technical expertise to complex projects, supporting teams in evaluating scenarios and resolving key challenges in cooperation with clients.
• Lead the development of technical capabilities, foster innovation, and engage with academic and research partners to align with sector priorities and strengthen our knowledge communities.

On top of that, you will have:
• A degree in engineering such as structural, geotechnical or a related discipline.
• Extensive technical proficiency in offshore wind and foundation design
• Adept at written and verbal communication in Danish and English.
