What You Will Do
As an IT Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning and executing IT projects that contribute to our digital roadmap. From improving core systems to ways of working, your focus will be on ensuring that goals, scope, and execution stay aligned. You’ll lead projects with varied complexity, independently or as part of a larger program, and work closely with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
This role offers a balanced mix of professional independence and support. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how we deliver projects while building your experience across business domains effectively. You will work alongside experienced colleagues - in a setting where knowledge is shared, and responsibility is given. The team is characterised by an informal tone and respect for each other both as individuals and members of the team.

Your primary tasks will be to:
- Lead the execution of projects ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality targets are met
- Verify objectives and translate into actionable plans, and ensure efficient execution
- Monitor risks and dependencies, resolve issues effectively, and adjust plans where needed
- Maintain clear communication with senior leadership and stakeholders, providing regular status updates and serving as a central point of accountability
- Contribute to refining delivery practices and promoting effective ways of working
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone with at least 3 years of relevant experience in IT project management, IT Consulting, delivery coordination, or similar roles. The position calls for effective interpersonal skills and a forward-thinking mindset to anticipate challenges and align stakeholders.
Additionally, you have:
- A master’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience delivering IT projects with multiple stakeholders involved
- Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead people and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- A structured and consistent approach to planning and execution, coupled with effective problem-solving skills to navigate ambiguity
- Experience in navigating a range of delivery frameworks, including but not limited to Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, IPMA, and Lean
- Great analytical skills, with the ability to assess problems, implement effective mitigations, and uphold quality assurance standards
- Fluency in spoken and written English
