You'll play a critical role in driving technical improvements across global production sites and see your ideas brought to life in world-class subsea flexible pipe systems.

- Own and optimize the extrusion processes — from setting machine parameters to process development.
- Solve production issues through root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.
- Support and influence the selection and setup of machinery and equipment.
- Provide technical expertise in equipment commissioning and ongoing process improvements.
- Collaborate across geographies and departments to ensure effective knowledge transfer and project execution.
- Support two production sites (Denmark & Brazil); travel expected 1–2 times/year.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related Engineering fields
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience with proven extrusion process expertise
- Strong understanding of machine operation and process stability
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Danish and/or Portuguese
- Experience in continuous production (e.g., pipe or tape extrusion)
- Methodical and hands-on approach to problem-solving and documentation
