A Snapshot of Your Day
As a SCADA Project Manager, you will lead the execution of complex offshore wind farm SCADA projects from contract signing through to system delivery, commissioning, and handover. You’ll coordinate a multidisciplinary team of technical experts, ensuring seamless collaboration across engineering, installation, and customer interfaces. Your day will involve managing project milestones, resolving technical challenges, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal collaborators. You’ll play a key role in delivering innovative automation solutions that power the renewable energy transition.

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Drive the execution of offshore SCADA projects, ensuring a timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Coordinate resources and activities across engineering, production, logistics, and commissioning teams.
- Support sales with technical input for tenders and contract reviews, and manage variation orders.
- Lead customer meetings, manage open issues, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and implement improvements to SCADA systems, leveraging lessons learned for future projects.
- Strong background in project management or engineering management, with hands-on experience in SCADA and automation systems (preferably in wind generation or industrial automation).
- Bachelor’s degree in plant automation, controls & instrumentation, electrical engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Well-structured, proactive, and able to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
