We are now looking for a Senior Project Manager FOU to help ensure the project team delivers the entire project scope safely, on time, with quality, and within budget.

What will you do?

As our new Senior Project Manager FOU, you will proactively support, coach, and assist less experienced Package Managers, Project Managers, and other project members. Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing, motivating, coordinating, and leading project management teams.

Your main tasks include:

  • Overall Project Manager of Foundation project in Planning and Execution
  • Monitoring commercial, contractual, and schedule overview of project and escalating issues to the Head of Foundation Projects. 
  • Project budget and for holding to account the cost management performance of the Package managers with their individual budgets
  • Ensuring payment applications are submitted when milestones are achieved, and payments are received from Employer.
  • Project communication management, ensuring internal and external stakeholders are informed of relevant information when they need to be
  • Reporting internally and externally related to the scope of work (Internal reporting incl. Steering Committee presentations, External Monthly Reporting, and daily reporting when in operation)
  • Managing project close-out phase, including lesson learned process with all key stakeholders.

We are looking for an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.  

We think you will be a good match if you:

  • A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or maritime engineering
  • Minimum 5-7 years of Project Management experience, and minimum 3 years in a relevant offshore wind farm project
  • Possess a Project Management Certificate from PMT.org or a similar recognised organisation
  • Familiar with Procurement Process, Sertica and Budget Management
  • Familiar with technology and methods of T&I for planning and executing projects.
  • Had a leading role in full project life cycle i.e. Planning, Mobilization/Demobilization, Execution, and Closure of a project
  • Thorough understanding of project delivery in an offshore environment, either from the Oil & Gas or Wind Industry
  • Fluency in English is required
