Do you want to work closely with top management and advise on the use of tech across the business at every organisational level? Can you connect technical possibilities with services that impact nearly every citizen in Denmark? Then you might be the Enterprise Architect we’re looking for.
Can you develop architectural strategies that shape the entire public sector?
In ATP’s division for IT, data and digitalisation – Digital Solutions – we’re looking for an Enterprise Architect who can define architectures across both business systems (e.g. for administrating housing benefits and state pension) and IT platforms (e.g. SAP, ServiceNow and custom-built solutions).
We are looking for you who understands technology and creates value for the business when:
You have a relevant educational background and experience with IT architecture in a similar role. Experience in leadership, it-development or consulting is an advantage.
You are familiar with multiple technical platforms and standard systems, and you understand business processes for development, implementation and operations. ATP’s Tech Stack is based on primarily SAP, Microsoft and a variety of custom-built solutions. Experience with these technologies is a plus. You can visualise complex problems, explain your ideas clearly and document models and concepts effectively.

You will be joining the Technology unit in Digital Solutions. Here, we take a strategic approach to how ATP uses technology and how solutions are built.
We’re entrepreneurial at heart and proactively test new technologies that can improve the lives of our business colleagues or enhance the citizen experience. For example, by removing phone queues with AI-powered predictions about why a citizen is calling.
We ensure architecture across vital welfare solutions and act as strategic advisors to the leadership team. In doing so, we not only set the direction for ATP’s technological journey but also raise the bar for what technology can achieve in the public sector.
You’ll become part of the Enterprise Architecture team, which currently consists of seven Enterprise Architects and a team lead. We have strong professional discussions, stay focused, and have a clear understanding of our role and responsibilities within the organisation. We drive innovation projects, and our guiding principle is balancing cost, technology and business value.

In ATP’s division for IT, data and digitalisation – Digital Solutions – we’re looking for an Enterprise Architect who can define architectures across both business systems (e.g. for administrating housing benefits and state pension) and IT platforms (e.g. SAP, ServiceNow and custom-built solutions).
We are looking for you who understands technology and creates value for the business when:
- developing and implementing target state architecture for business areas or ATP – for example for Udbetaling Danmark or Digital Solutions
- driving initiatives for improving efficiency and modernisation of ATP’s Tech Stack. This include integrating new technologies like AI to streamline processes and support case processing – creating tangible benefits for ATP and the end-user
- contributing to the development and implementation of architecture strategies that influence the entire public sector. Your work will help create a more efficient and cohesive public sector that is better equipped to meet the needs of citizens.
You have a relevant educational background and experience with IT architecture in a similar role. Experience in leadership, it-development or consulting is an advantage.

- bring broad technological insight and experience with one or more architectural frameworks such as OIO EA, TOGAF, Zachman or similar
- can collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- facilitate technology assessments, untangle complex challenges and communicate strategies and roadmaps with clarity
- have a pro-active and solution-based approach and can lead the implementation of new technologies and models that integrate smoothly into the organisation’s processes.
