Job Description
Are you passionate about creating playful digital experiences for kids?
We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Kids' Digital Engagement organization and lead the creation of fun digital play experiences in the LEGO Play app.
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the success of your product experience within the LEGO Play app. You will set the strategy and roadmap, and ensure the team continuously delivers impactful experiences that benefit kids and the business.
Core Responsibilities
This role is part of the Kids Digital Engagement organization, which builds products, experiences, and tools to grow kids love for the LEGO brand.
The role is based in Billund, Denmark. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days per week from home and 3 days per week in the office. We do not offer relocation assistance for this position.

- Manage stakeholders - You persuasively communicate, collaborate, and negotiate to drive progress. You collaborate with partners and key stakeholders to ensure expectations are aligned and progress is communicated.
- Influence without authority - You successfully defend data-backed decisions by clearly and succinctly articulating the story the data tells.

Do you have what it takes?
- You have been a Product Manager for an external-facing digital product that positively impacted end users and the business
- You have experience with and a preference for Lean and Design Thinking product development methodologies
- You work collaboratively with your trio (Product, Design, Engineering) and key partners to define and deliver amazing experiences
- You have a proven ability to effectively lead and persuade with influence rather than authority
