Here Is What The Job Entails
As our Commercial Product Manager for Hardware Solutions you will work cross functionally on product lifecycle optimization of our Heating and Cooling solutions to align product development with market demands, customer needs, and revenue goals. To do so, you will be responsible for driving the commercial aspects of our product portfolio, including product launches and lifecycle management.
More specifically, you will be:

With direct reference to our Head of Product Management, you will become part of a team of highly skilled colleagues who work every day to bring smart metering solutions and services to our markets. The Commercial Product Management team is commercially founded with a solid technical understanding of our solutions to drive profitability and help our customers succeed in energy efficiency and green transition.
The team is part of the Product Management organization for Heat/Cooling products and solutions, with a wealth of backgrounds ranging from highly technical profiles with in-depth knowledge of the products to profiles with a high commercial and strategic focus and background. This diversity helps us achieve a high level of quality and challenge status quo, which is something we value highly in our department.

Here Is What The Job Entails
As our Commercial Product Manager for Hardware Solutions you will work cross functionally on product lifecycle optimization of our Heating and Cooling solutions to align product development with market demands, customer needs, and revenue goals. To do so, you will be responsible for driving the commercial aspects of our product portfolio, including product launches and lifecycle management.
More specifically, you will be:
- Managing the product lifecycle from idea to end-of-life e.g. translating market needs into requirements for development, launching new products as well as overseeing product discontinuation
- Driving product discovery and portfolio optimization projects in close collaboration with our customers, sales and marketing
- Owning the business case and commercial roadmap for hardware products including pricing to ensure profitability and market fit
- Working with colleagues across the organization, training sales as well as customer support to succeed
- Challenging status quo to ensure continuity of commercially viable solutions
