Due to high customer demand, this role represents an expansion to the Engineering department, to help us respond to increased customer demand / production volumes, and also undertake the great number of exciting projects lining up before us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partake in optimisation projects and the automatisation of some existing processes
- Develop and lead projects, ensuring streamlined execution of automation plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support production and solve technical issues
- Implement AI solutions to optimize production flows and reduce costs
- Participate in data-driven business decision-making and responsiveness to customer feedback (no direct customer contact)
- Champion quality and safety standards, ensuring compliance with GMx and other regulations
- Facilitate lean (PPI) initiatives, continuously improving processes
- Stay updated on industry trends by attending conferences and reading relevant literature
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Industrial, Mechanical, Plastics, Automation, or Manufacturing Engineering (B.Sc./M.Sc./Can. Polyt)
- Proficiency in Danish and English languages, both written and verbal
- At least 2 years' of experience with automated production lines within a GMP environment, and understanding the importance of adhering to regs. in sterile working environments
- Experience in project work with multiple collaborators, including equipment investments and process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ). Good communication skills at all levels.
- Strong statistical understanding and ability to perform DOE's and running capability studies, with the use of appropriate software tool like Excel or other
- High level of motivation, with exceptional attention to detail, a structured approach and great problem-solving skills
- The ability to make decisions and act them out, with a curious and practical approach, and excellent organisational skills to manage workloads in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with Injection Molding process parameters and their impact on product quality would be a clear advantage
