At WS Audiology, we’re on a mission to make wonderful sound part of everyone’s life. To help bring that vision to life, we’re looking for a passionate and creative Digital Graphic Designer to join our EMEA team and support content creation across all our brands and key markets.

Your team

You’ll be part of the Digital Marketing team, based across Germany and Denmark. We collaborate with brand reps and local teams throughout EMEA, delivering creative marketing solutions for all WSA brands — retail and wholesale. You’ll be working in a global company with a close-knit team , where new ideas and a proactive mindset are highly appreciated.

What You Will Do

This is a hands-on, highly creative role where you’ll create visual content for product launches and evergreen campaigns across digital channels like websites, social media, paid ads, and blogs. You'll collaborate with Brand, Local Marketing, and the EMEA Digital team to bring our content strategy to life and shape a consistent digital brand presence across our core brands in the EMEA region. Here’s what you’ll get your hands on:

  • Conceptualize and design digital assets for social media, websites, and other digital touchpoints - from animated and static visuals to banners, videos (short and long), infographics, illustrations, and more.
  • Edit and produce engaging video content using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools, ensuring high-quality storytelling and visual impact. Explore and apply AI tools to speed up content creation, spark new ideas, and tailor visuals for different platforms.
  • Keep projects running smoothly by aligning with content calendars as well as building and using shared asset libraries.
  • Use performance insights to help guide your creative direction and improve impact.
  • Stay ahead of the curve and share design trends, creative best practices, and relevant tools with the team and local markets.

What You Bring

You’re a natural collaborator with a creative mindset and a strong digital design foundation. You’re comfortable receiving and implementing feedback from multiple teams and love turning a rough idea into strong, visually appealing designs.

Experience

  • A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a similar creative field.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience designing digital content, — ideally at an agency or creative studio with international reach.
  • You’re great at turning briefs into convincing concepts and presenting your ideas clearly.
  • You're a pro with Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • A strong portfolio that shows your digital-first mindset across web, video, and social platforms.
  • Solid design know-how — typography, color, layout, branding — you’ve got it covered.
  • Bonus if you understand SEO basics, user behavior online, and how content works across different channels.

  • You’re a team player who communicates clearly, takes feedback well, and can juggle multiple projects with ease.
  • You think digitally and are always seeking new ways to use technology to your creative advantage.
  • You’ve got a sharp eye for detail and a great sense of style.

Our company language is English, so fluency (written and spoken) is essential. Speaking German or French? Even better.
