At AGC Biologics, we are looking for a motivated and forward-thinking Project Manager to join our Manufacturing function. You have strong communication skills; you are passionate about working with technical and process projects and thrive in a dynamic international pharmaceutical environment.
About The Role
As Project Manager, you are responsible for driving and ensuring execution of strategic and cross-functional projects, supporting the strategy for manufacturing. You work closely and cross-departmental with the various manufacturing teams, quality organization, development and transfer organization, Operational Excellence, Engineering, etc. You collaborate on optimization initiatives, continuous improvement programs and standards for effective ways of working.
You will play an important role in the organizational growth by managing projects that support our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Additionally, you will identify and mitigate project risks while creating a healthy, supportive environment for the project team. A continuous focus on refining and utilizing project management tools and techniques is crucial to your success in this role.

- Lead and execute strategic and cross-functional projects, including process optimization and compliance initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring proper resource allocation.
- Create and coordinate timelines for selected projects and follow up on progress.
- Identify and manage key stakeholders including coordination.
- Create documentation related to the projects.
Additionally, you will identify and mitigate project risks while creating a healthy, supportive environment for the project team. A continuous focus on refining and utilizing project management tools and techniques is crucial to your success in this role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in natural sciences or a related field is preferred.
- Documented experience in project management.
- Experience in change management and coaching across various organizational levels.
- Experience in continuous improvement is an advantage.
- Proficient communication skills in English (oral and written).
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, and other stakeholders.
- Pharmaceutical experience is a plus.
