Core Responsibilities
The Trade and Market Development team is at the heart of our sales and performance ambitions for LEGO Education. We drive the commercial structure, frameworks, capabilities and ambition levels that will see our solutions reaching more classrooms and delighting more teachers and students in international markets. This team is responsible for all areas of organisational capability, distributor performance, selection and management, market expansion, new business development and revenue growth management.
The Partner Lifecycle & Market Expansion Sr. Manager role is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly professional organisation working with international distributors to make a sustainable impact around the world.

Core Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Head of Trade & Market Development (TMD) to set out clear structures and frameworks to build and test hypotheses, conduct supporting analysis and create detailed deployment plans for market entry projects.
- Lead key strategic business development projects of various nature.
- Look for opportunities to optimize approaches, processes and flow best practice to ensure repeatability and longer-term capability building in market expansion.
- Play an integral role in inputting to the design of our selective distributor sales agreements with Partners and help shape master framework agreements working closely with cross functional collaborators (Legal, Finance and TMD).
- Build intimate knowledge of the partner ecosystem and ensure the onboarding and exit processes for distributor partners are efficient and effective and easy to use by Key Account Managers.
- Conduct commercial landscaping to identify new distributor partners to work jointly with LEGO Education International to test and scale new opportunities that extend our reach in a market/ territory.

Do you have what it takes?
- Several years' experience in a B2B international environment managing commercial strategic topics. An interest in the Education sector.
- Demonstrable experience of applying strategic analytical skills, including market sizing, route to market assessments / approaches, shaping reseller agreements and supporting sales teams in negotiating and agreeing these effectively.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a proven track record of reseller agreements, reseller exit management and commercial frameworks.
- Highly commercial with a high level of analytical understanding. Willing to listen, try new ideas with a test, learn and adjust mentality.
- Experience working on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while managing timelines with cross-functional collaborators.
- Ability to build strong relationships, collaborate, influence and challenge at all levels. A can-do attitude and a curiosity to learn more about the sales function and how other areas of the business work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication (English) skills with the ability to create presentations that distil key messages to senior leaders.
- Excellent proficiency with MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
