We’ve just closed a substantial seed round led by Cherry Ventures (plus top EU angels) and are assembling the founding team that will turn Kiku from clever prototype into a category-defining product.

Your Mission

Own the product end-to-end and make it indispensable for hiring teams everywhere.

  • Craft the core experience – voice UX, recruiter dashboards, candidate flows.
  • Ship what matters, fast – weekly user interviews → clear priorities → tight releases.
  • Scale the platform – modernise voice-AI infra, integrations, data pipelines.
  • Own the roadmap – balance quick wins with moat-building bets; communicate trade-offs crisply.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional magic – align design, engineering, CS, and sales around measurable goals.
  • Shape company strategy – influence positioning, fundraising story, GTM experiments, investor updates.


What We’re Looking For – Personal Qualities

  • Natural curiosity – treat every feature request as a puzzle to understand, not just to build.
  • Grit & determination – versions one-to-five flop? you dig until version six sings.
  • Commitment to excellence – “good enough” feels itchy; you polish the last 5 % users notice.
  • Humility – strong opinions, loosely held; change course gladly when data proves you wrong.
  • Founder mindset – spot problems, rally resources, execute before being asked.
  • Impact-driven – care more about shipped value than presentation decks or tweet threads.


Baseline Experience

  • 3–6 years as a PM in fast-moving B2B SaaS or AI/ML-heavy products.
  • Proven record of shipping core functionality and explaining the “why” behind success or failure.
  • Comfortable turning fuzzy user needs into crisp specs, prototypes, and shipped code alongside engineers.
  • Data-fluent (self-serve SQL/Python or similar).
  • Bonus: HR tech, hiring workflows, voice interfaces, or frontline-heavy verticals.


Team You’ll Join

A tight squad of engineers and GTM folks who ship weekly, think in bets, and default to action. Kiku was founded by Eric & Rasmus – both with 10 + years in tech and scale-ups. We move fast and have fun doing serious work.
