The Role
As the Supply Chain Assistant at Hårklinikken, you will become an important part of our global supply chain team, supporting day-to-day operations across procurement, logistics, inventory, and supplier coordination. You will work closely with our Supply Chain Manager and collaborate with colleagues both in Denmark and internationally.
This is a part-time role of approximately 15 hours per week, with flexibility around exam periods, making it a great fit for a student looking to gain hands-on experience alongside their studies. Primary Relationships
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Supply Chain Assistant works closely with the Shipping & Fulfillment teams in Denmark and the U.S., procurement partners and external suppliers, the Finance department, as well as the Product Development Manager and clinic teams when relevant.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in procurement activities by placing and tracking purchase orders and ensuring on-time delivery from suppliers.
- Maintain and update supplier and vendor records, including contracts, pricing, and performance documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and help coordinate restocking across global locations.
- Work with the Shipping & Fulfillment team
- to ensure accurate and timely deliveries to clinics and customers.
- Support the tracking and reporting of supplier KPIs and performance.
- Assist in managing quality control documentation
- and following up on discrepancies or product issues.
- Prepare and update supply chain reports using internal systems and data tools.
- Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure correct quantities and prices are recorded and collaborate on reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to support operational improvements.
- Provide general administrative support to the Supply Chain Manager.
- Support initiatives that contribute to the scalability and efficiency of our supply chain operations.
Core Competencies
- Currently studying a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with Business Central and Shopify is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills in both Danish and English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
- An interest in the beauty, wellness, or healthcare industries is considered an advantage.
