Core Responsibilities



  • Participate in informing the overall vision and long-term strategic direction for Disney in partnership with our Head of Product and project lead team
  • Co-drive campaign briefings and communication strategies with the marketing lead and ensure development and deployment of campaigns across markets and eco-systems
  • Driving campaign and activation after actions reviews to ensure important metrics are met and that campaigns are continuously optimized to match evolving media landscape
  • Special focus on driving outstanding execution leveraging partner channels and platforms
  • Monitor and analyse business performance of the LEGO Disney Franchise, the Toy industry and competition to bring the most relevant insights to identify challenges and growth opportunities
  • Be a guardian of the LEGO Disney experience across the portfolio and secure execution of visual identity in all marketing assets and channels (LEGO.com, LEGO Life, Publishing, etc.)
  • Develop strong global selling-in materials for the markets in collaboration with business lead

The Global Marketing department develops and manages the global portfolio of concepts and products – short, medium and long term - and are responsible for developing a portfolio which can deliver to the consumer sales and profitability objectives of the LEGO Group.

The Marketing function is responsible for identifying conceptual opportunities based on the overall marketing objectives and strategies and for developing these opportunities into strong product and marketing concepts for the global market. This includes the development of product portfolio, packaging and campaign material as well as ensuring strong execution in market by collaborating with key partners across the value chain.

Do you have what it takes?



  • Experience as brand marketing professional in an international environment with a strong demonstrable track record showcasing a blend of commercial and creative skills
  • Experience from working with activation and communication of brands and driving a personal impact
  • Depth of experience in gathering data, insights and analytics from multiple platforms and sources
  • Experience working with IP Partners &/or global brands across multiple industries
  • A collaborative approach working with multiple partners – combined with a natural authority and ability to make decisions with both internal and external partners
  • Strong presentation and writing skills with the ability to convey a compelling and concise message, and to engage and encourage colleagues.
  • Ability to work across various time zones
