Systems & Processes – We digitalise our sustainability and compliance processes
At our headquarters in Hedehusene, you will become part of the department Systems & Processes under the organisation of Group Sustainability & Compliance, which spans diverse departments and more than 50 colleagues.
Your new department is responsible for the digital development of our Group Sustainability & Compliance organisation. As we grow to 7 members, you will work alongside other Product Owners, Process Owners, and key stakeholders to develop and manage digital products that scale with DSV’s business. We work closely together in the office and value the connections we build by being present.

Own and develop our ServiceNow portal from the business side
As our new Product Owner, you will be responsible for the business-side ownership of our ServiceNow portal – a key platform supporting request handling and workflows across Group Sustainability & Compliance. While this is a non-technical role, you will work closely with IT to ensure smooth development and delivery.
You will collaborate with business users, process owners, and technical teams to turn business needs into system requirements, manage the backlog, and ensure that the portal evolves in step with organisational goals.

You are experienced with ServiceNow and have worked in roles where bridging business and IT was central to your success. You are not a developer, but you understand how a digital platform operates – and how to ensure it supports real-world business processes.

- Own the ServiceNow portal from the business side and define the product vision and roadmap.
- Collect input and feedback from end users and business stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories for the IT development team.
- Prioritise and maintain the backlog and ensure timely progress through ongoing collaboration.
- Drive user acceptance testing, rollout activities, and change management.
- Monitor adoption, usage, and performance to identify and act on improvement opportunities.
You are experienced with ServiceNow and have worked in roles where bridging business and IT was central to your success. You are not a developer, but you understand how a digital platform operates – and how to ensure it supports real-world business processes.
Moreover, we imagine that you have:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, similar role working with ServiceNow.
- Strong business understanding – preferably within compliance, legal, sustainability, or quality-related processes.
- Experience with requirement gathering, backlog management, and stakeholder engagement.
- The ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
