Job Description: Do you want to improve the performance and customer satisfaction of the Aftermarket division of Airbus? What the job isThis role, based in Copenhagen, reports to the Head of Performance Management (ASAXP) and requires continuous cross-functional collaboration with our Operations functions, Sales, Product Management, Finance, HR, and IT Teams from all our sites in the world. You will integrate the Business Performance team which is spread across the globe, matching Satair's operational footprint. It means working in multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams with a focus and responsibility on delivering pragmatic solutions. We are looking for our new Process & Performance Manager who is ready to roll up their sleeves and help us develop actionable, data-driven insights and solve business problems, using various quantitative tools and core project management skills. The candidate will challenge the status quo as well as be resolutely determined to ensure operational excellence by speeding implementation across the organization to make a difference in terms of performance perceived by customers. Key deliverables:
Lead Customer Performance Improvement projects with the aim of reducing/eradicating customer Irritants
- work directly with customers to understand pain points from a data driven perspective in collaboration with our Sales organization
- Translate customer satisfaction expectations into operational targets
- Deploy Airbus Continuous Improvement initiates (Called Airbus Operating System - AOS) deployment in Satair in close collaboration with Airbus Customer Services AOS team (S function) and Satair Functions.
- Support operational functions in their AOS/continuous improvement deployment
- Benchmarking across the company
- Strong analytical & Problem Solving: Demonstrate exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in an industrial environment, to structure ambiguous situations and to use data analysis to the extent possible to find and drive solutions.
- Delivering Results: Ability to successfully deliver end-to-end solutions in complex organisation under tight timelines, working through the multiple constraints along the way with agility .
- Influencing and foster collaboration: Innovative leader with the ability to identify opportunities and influence / challenge stakeholders with unbiased view across all functions to gain support and overcome resistance with trustful collaboration, data, persuasion and common goals.
- Data Analysis Skills: Experience in Python, including data manipulation and analysis libraries Familiarity with database systems and SQL Ability to visualize and communicate data and analyses
- Excellent communication (especially in English): Ability to create synthetic and precise status reports with internal and cross functional teams for reviews with executive and senior leadership teams synthesizing large quantities of data to help create new, step-change initiatives for the organisation. Communicate expectations and requirements equally well at all levels, and capacity to write well-reasoned and data-driven proposals, performing your own data analysis as necessary
