As the E-commerce Product Owner with a focus on the user experience and solution quality, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of new features for the E-commerce platform. Working alongside the business E-commerce team and the development team, you will ensure that the product features align with defined design standards and are delivered in a way
that optimizes the customer experience and meets the business goals.
You´ll be working at our headquarters in Amager, Copenhagen, as part of a dynamic international team, contributing to the future of our award winning platform.

As the E-commerce Product Owner with a focus on the user experience and solution quality, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of new features for the E-commerce platform. Working alongside the business E-commerce team and the development team, you will ensure that the product features align with defined design standards and are delivered in a way
that optimizes the customer experience and meets the business goals.
You´ll be working at our headquarters in Amager, Copenhagen, as part of a dynamic international team, contributing to the future of our award winning platform.
- Travel 10-15 days per year for business needs
- Collaborate with the Business E-commerce Team ensuring that the product backlog is effectively prioritized and that the implementation of features aligns with the overall product vision.
- Ensure that all e-commerce features comply with industry regulations, security standards and best practices, particularly around data privacy and secure transitions in a B2B context
- Act as the primary point of contact for external development vendors. Ensuring deliverables meet the agreed-upon specifications, timeline, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Review and approve user stories before they are moved into sprints. Ensure that all stories are clearly defined, meet the business objectives and have complete and testable AC´s.
- Work closely with the development teams using agile methodologies (Scrum). Participate actively in ceremonies such as sprint refinement, planning, daily stand-ups and reviews.
- Support the QA's in validating the completed user stories fully meet the acceptance criteria and functional expectations before approving for release.
- Monitor vendor performance against KPIs and identify risk early, and escalate issues when needed.
- Ensure proper documentation of features, decisions and changes. Clearly communicate priorities, expectations and changes to both internal stakeholders and vendors.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within B2B e-commerce.
- Detail oriented mindset with a focus on user experience and usability
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and their architecture (e.g. SAP Cloud Commerce, Umbraco, SAP ERP, Mirakl, Adobe Experience Cloud)
- Experience with agile methodologies and backlog management, familiar with tools such as Jira
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Interaction Design
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner or equivalent agile trainings are highly valued
