The Supplier Risk & Sustainability Professional (Maternity cover) for Radiometer is responsible for supporting the growing need for Supplier Risk Management and Sustainability in supply chain and sourcing practices. You will provide hands-on project management support in building the SRM and responsible sourcing area of Radiometer at the core of Global Operations and Sourcing. You will create awareness about our progress and growth, communicate with those internally and participate in SRM and Responsible Sourcing activities in operations. You will engage with stakeholders on all levels and with Radiometer global supplier base. This role is a fixed term maternity cover for 10-12 months.

This position is part of the Global Strategic Procurement department located in Denmark and will be a role working from the office in Brønshøj, Denmark. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

You will be a part of the Global Strategic Procurement team and report to the Associate Director responsible for Sustainability, Supplier Risk & Data. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Oversee the PCN and Obsolescence process from cradle to grave
  • Identify, analyze and address risks with respect to critical suppliers, through the already established Suppler Risk management process.
  • Support ad-hod tasks related to L1 reviews, updating portals, databases, templates, and trackers related to Supplier Risk Management.
  • Drive implementation of EcoVadis – Onboarding of RAD suppliers on EcoVadis to meet yearly KPI’s.
  • Drive Scope-3 inventory project – Creating of plan and executing milestones by collaboration with stakeholders to support Danaher

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Strong analytical abilities and a talent for problem-solving.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience in Manufacturing, Global Sourcing or Supply Chain Management
  • Knowledge of sustainability frameworks and standards
