Join our global Revenue Management & Pricing team in either Billund or Copenhagen and play a pivotal role in driving the next phase of commercial growth. You’ll shape the pricing strategy across key levers and pressure test recommendations with the wider business leads all while contributing to the management of a multi-billion DKK customer investment budget.
You'll collaborate with teams across Sales, Finance, and Customer Development & Digital Product to solve complex pricing challenges and unlock new revenue opportunities. Ready to make a global impact?
We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home.

Core Responsibilities
- Partner with Digital Product teams to develop and deploy tools that enhance global customer investment management.
- Equip regional and local markets (business units) with the right capabilities, processes, and insights to drive efficient, ROI-based investment decisions.
- Ensure global governance of customer investments, aligning execution with strategic direction and best practices .
- Analyse shifts in pricing, tariffs, volume, and cross-border dynamics; provide strategic recommendations to optimise revenue.
- Lead the definition and deployment of pricing strategies and price lists across regions, whilst ensuring local currency alignment.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and compelling recommendations that drive commercial decisions.
- Apply strong communication, quantitative, and financial skills—including understanding of elasticity, macro/microeconomics, and pricing impact on P&L.
- Experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, combined with Commercial Strategy, in a global or cross-market context.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – able to interpret complex data, generate insights, and turn them into actionable recommendations.
- Solid understanding of financial principles including pricing elasticity, ROI, P&L impact, and investment efficiency.
- Experience with digital tools or platforms related to commercial or investment management.
- Comfortable operating in complex, matrixed environments, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Strong business acumen, with an understanding of both macro and microeconomic drivers of commercial performance.
- Experience working with or supporting pricing governance, global deployment, and localized implementation (e.g. currency, tariff, volume differences)
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally familiarity with data visualization or BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
