About The Role

Are you ready to join a dynamic startup where you’ll be the friendly face supporting our customers and play a key role on the sales side? At Crowdbook, we’re looking for an entry-level Customer Success & Sales Support team member who’s excited to learn, help our clients thrive, and assist with sales operations.

Your main mission will be to ensure our hotel and conference center clients get the most value out of Crowdbook’s SaaS platform. Alongside this, you’ll support our sales team by sourcing leads, cleaning up and managing our CRM, and helping us streamline outreach efforts.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer success and sales in a fast-paced startup environment — while growing with a passionate, hospitality-loving team.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide attentive, knowledgeable support to our clients, helping them get the best from Crowdbook
  • Assist with onboarding and troubleshooting basic customer issues
  • Support the sales team by sourcing potential leads and maintaining CRM data quality
  • Help clean, update, and organize CRM records to keep sales efforts sharp and efficient
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to improve workflows and customer experience
  • Take on varied operational and administrative tasks to keep the business running smoothly

Who You Are

  • Passionate about hospitality, tech, and helping customers succeed
  • Curious and motivated to learn about sales processes and customer success
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with data and CRM tools
  • A strong communicator who enjoys problem-solving and collaborating with a team
  • Flexible and ready to take on diverse tasks in a fast-growing startup
  • Previous customer service or sales support experience is a plus but not required
  • You speak one of the Nordic languages
