As a CI Partner, you will be a key member of the QC Support leadership team, working alongside six other leaders to support a department of approximately 70 QC Support professionals.
You will focus on identifying and implementing initiatives that streamline workflows, strengthen compliance, and enhance productivity within a regulated laboratory environment. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll influence efficiency, communication, stakeholder management and operational sustainability of QC Support activities.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll influence efficiency, communication, stakeholder management and operational sustainability of QC Support activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a core member of the QC Support leadership team, collaborating on departmental strategy and cross-functional initiatives.
- Lead and support continuous improvement projects across QC operations, including standardized planning of tasks of work tasks sample flow, data documentation, and deviation reduction.
- Navigate and create structure in high complexity with many dependencies regarding sample flow and tasks, analytical instrument qualifications planned and unplanned workorders, training requirements etc.
- Collect and structure information from various stakeholders regarding production plans, process support samples, sample plans, stability programs, customer forecasts, method validation, qualification and transfer projects, investigations support etc. in relation to the deliverables of the QC Support.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies to eliminate waste, reduce variability, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Facilitate root cause investigations, Kaizen workshops, and risk assessments
- Monitor metrics and lead performance reviews to track progress and ensure sustained improvement.
- Partner with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and IT to implement integrated, scalable solutions.
- Champion a CI culture through training, coaching, and active engagement colleagues
- Master’s degree in a scientific or technical field (e.g., Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in continuous improvement within a regulated biotech, pharmaceutical, or diagnostics setting.
- Solid understanding of GxP, ICH, and FDA requirements in QC environments.
- Lean, Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
