Become a part of our talented deugro team, as we look for a Project Integration Manager (m/f/d) in Hamburg, Germany.
This position is available either in Hamburg, Germany or in Aarhus, Denmark.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives across departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Integration Management: Coordinate efforts across teams to integrate new processes, systems, or business functions smoothly and efficiently
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison between project teams, senior leadership, and external partners to ensure transparency and alignment
- Progress Monitoring: Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and dashboards to track progress, identify risks, and ensure accountability
- Change Management: Support organizational change by identifying impacts, preparing communication plans, and facilitating training or transition activities
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize project delivery and integration processes, leveraging best practices and lessons learned
Skills, knowledge and expertise:
- University degree in business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, integration, or strategic initiatives
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects with measurable results
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PMI)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Full professional proficiency in English – both spoken and written
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus
- Willingness to travel, mainly in Europe
