Internal title: Senior Specialist, Architecture & Delivery
Looking for a structured Delivery Manager to lead infrastructure projects across our global IT landscape. Driving the execution of technical projects - especially around network and datacenter domains - by planning, coordinating, and aligning internal teams and external partners. You’ll also you'll help shape and drive delivery through intake facilitation, backlog management and prioritization, and close planning with our domain leads.
This role sits in the Architecture & Delivery team, but your day-to-day work will be closely tied to the Core Infrastructure domain leads and their teams.

This role sits in the Architecture & Delivery team, but your day-to-day work will be closely tied to the Core Infrastructure domain leads and their teams.
What you will do
- Lead datacenter and network infrastructure projects from planning to completion
- Maintain and prioritize work backlogs, conducting regular planning and refinement sessions
- Coordinate tasks across projects, tickets, and operations with cross-functional teams
- Monitor progress, address blockers, and ensure on-time delivery
- Manage scope and delivery of non-ticketed service requests
- Track project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial plans and goals
- Collaborate with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to meet project objectives
- Use KPIs to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
Experience
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in technical infrastructure services, technical, security services, and governance frameworks such as ITIL, PMP or PRINCE2, Scrum and/or SAFe
- Hands-on expertise in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with third-party vendors
- Strong understanding and experience with on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and multi-site deployments.
- A multi-cultural mindset is key—comfortable working with diverse teams and understanding the dynamics of a global environment
- Self-driven, accountable and have the ability to drive tasks forward with minimal supervision
- A team player with clear communication and a solution mindset.
