Magle Group is a dynamic organization within the life sciences sector, dedicated to bringing life-changing products to patients in need.

We are now strengthening our organization by adding a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin/Payroll & Finance Assistant to support our Human Resources and Finance teams in a split role, for our danish entity, Magle Biopolymers, covering our two sites in Køge and Hårlev.

The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end DK payroll processing, HR administration, and financial support duties. This role is integral to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across functions.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll & HR Administration:

  • Process end-to-end monthly payroll
  • Ensure payroll compliance with collective agreements, tax regulations, and pension contributions
  • Prepare and submit monthly and annual statistical reports to authorities
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Monitor time and attendance, including leave, absences, and reimbursements related to parental and sick leave
  • Process employee expense claims, including verification, approval, and reimbursement
  • Manage financial administration for the internal Personnel Association (Personaleforening)
  • Perform ad hoc HR administrative tasks, e.g. monitoring company E-boks.

Finance & Administrative Support:

  • Support accounts payable/receivable processes
  • Assist with reconciliations, expense claims, and petty cash management
  • Maintain and update financial records and filing systems
  • Handle outgoing and incoming correspondence, distribute and support the organization in reporting regulatory documents to authorities
  • Generate reports and assist with budget follow up
  • Support order handling and financial follow up on cost related to staff activities
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR and Finance departments

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in danish payroll, especially Industriens Overenskomst, and finance administration
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with payroll and accounting software (e.g., Danløn, etc.)
  • Understanding of employment legislation and basic financial principles
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
