We are currently seeking a Health Economics Sr Associate who will be responsible for leading the adaptation and implementation of global health economic evidence to align with local affiliate needs. You will play a key role in supporting the development of Health Technology Assessment (HTA) materials by conducting robust health economic analyses. Your expertise will be essential in performing technical reviews and literature searches to ensure the quality and relevance of HTA submissions. Additionally, you will collaborate in the co-development of local evidence generation plans that underpin successful reimbursement strategies, ensuring alignment with both national requirements and organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in cross-functional HTA-team with health economics capabilities
  • Ownership of local adaptation of global health economic evidence, models and HTA-input.
  • Develop localized cost-effectiveness/budget-impact models.
  • Support the development of HTA-dossiers through technical reviews, updating literature searches and strategy planning.
  • Identification of data needs for successful reimbursement strategy including co-development of required evidence generation
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about requirements to reimbursement submission (technical/health economics)
  • Support cross-functional BU-teams with health economic tools

Qualifications

  • Degree in Health Economics or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of industry-relevant experience in health economics.
  • Proven experience with economic modeling, value evidence generation, and strategic healthcare decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Understanding of Danish and Norwegian HTA processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and matrix environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Danish/Norwegian.
  • Experience in pharma affiliates (DK/NO), HTA consultancy, or public institutions.
  • Experience with real-world data and evidence is highly desirable.
