About The Job

The AML program is part of 1st Line of Defence in Group Operations, consisting of dedicated employees with diverse backgrounds and experience. The program team is responsible for advancing Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) initiatives globally across Saxo Bank. 

Saxo is an international organization with global subsidiaries and its headquarters in Hellerup, Denmark. The position is placed in Headquarters but will require close collaboration with the rest of the organization and may require some traveling.

We are seeking a person that will be responsible for analysing, creating, and performing groupwide training on FCP to ensure a high level of standards for how we assess risks and implement controls ensuring our business is compliant with regulations in all the countries where Saxo operates.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a comprehensive understanding within the organisation of the critical importance of financial crime prevention.
  • Design, organise, and deliver engaging Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) training programmes, workshops, and initiatives, both in-person and virtually, ensuring they are tailored to meet diverse learning needs.
  • Assess and analyse the effectiveness of FCP training programmes, providing insightful reports and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Actively contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of Saxo Bank’s FCP training programmes, incorporating the latest industry practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organisation to ensure alignment of training objectives with business goals and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality training materials and resources that support effective learning and retention.

With experience in Financial Crime Prevention, you stay current in the field and bring at least 1–2 years of training experience. Whether working independently or as part of a team, you take an active role in fostering teamwork and shared progress. Your ability to contribute to diverse project teams and support training and skill development helps drive shared success. Having worked in a global organisation, you communicate fluently in both written and spoken English
