About The Job

Working with financial crime prevention Team at Saxo, you will be part of our continuous efforts to fight financial crime globally by structuring, assessing risks and implementing controls to ensure our business complies with regulations in all the countries where Saxo operates.

The AML program is part of the 1st Line of Defense located at Saxo’s headquarters in Hellerup. We are a team of dedicated employees with diverse backgrounds and experience, and we are looking for new colleagues to join our team. Your focus will be on working with a wide variety of tasks within the financial crime area.

It is important that you can communicate across organizational levels and seniorities. As Saxo is an international organization with global subsidiaries, it is important to have a global mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze business needs in close dialogue with stakeholders
  • Identify and document requirements and user stories with clarity and value in focus
  • Prioritize the backlog and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Lead sprint planning and be available to the team for daily support
  • Facilitate workshops and activities related to requirements gathering
  • Ensure continuous feedback and adaptation in an agile setup

Your profile

Thriving in a dynamic and ever-evolving environment comes naturally to you, especially when paired with a keen eye for detail. A structured mindset and methodical approach help you navigate complex tasks with confidence.

With several years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a comparable role, your background reflects strong analytical skills and a structured approach to gathering and documenting requirements. Confidence in agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe enables effective collaboration with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Proficiency in tools like Confluence, or similar platforms supports efficient project execution. An educational foundation in a relevant field enhances your ability to navigate complex domains and deliver value-driven solutions.

Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to present effectively to senior leadership are key strengths. Fluency in both written and spoken English completes your professional profile.
