THE OPPORTUNITY

As an Art Director at Boozt, you’ll transform brand strategy into compelling and purposeful creative concepts. You’ll take ownership of campaign development from ideation to execution, guiding photoshoots, developing campaign identities, and collaborating closely with marketing and cross-functional teams. Working close to the business, you’ll be part of the full creative journey—from the initial idea to the final rollout. We're looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and commerce—a visionary who can push creative boundaries while staying grounded in strategy, audience insight, and performance.
Exciting times are ahead: Starting in early 2026, Boozt will relocate its headquarters to a newly renovated space in the heart of Copenhagen. This move marks a new chapter for our company—and a unique opportunity to be part of shaping our creative future in one of the most vibrant cities in Europe.

What You Will Do
To be successful in this role, you have a passion for visual design, brand development, and creative digital production. You are a structured, responsible, and business-driven person with an eye for detail. In a dynamic environment with a high pace, you also need to have strong communication and collaboration skills to understand and manage client expectations and needs.

What You Will Do
- Together with the Art-Director team, responsible for the look & feel of campaigns across all channels from concept to execution
- Design campaign identities and develop concepts for major online and outdoor campaigns
- Plan and art direct photo shoots
- Develop brand materials and ensure they are aligned with Booztlet standards
- Work on seasonal graphic packages
- Create design guidelines
- Create motion design assets
To be successful in this role, you have a passion for visual design, brand development, and creative digital production. You are a structured, responsible, and business-driven person with an eye for detail. In a dynamic environment with a high pace, you also need to have strong communication and collaboration skills to understand and manage client expectations and needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as an Art Director
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Strong background in brand development and executing creative concepts within brand guidelines
- Skilled in motion design and contributing to creative strategy
- Experience with campaign development and photo shoots
- A background in retail or fashion is a plus
- Fluent in English (applications must be in English)
