WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US
SimCorp is looking for a service-minded and well-organized Assistant Receptionist to join our reception team at our headquarters in Copenhagen. This is a part-time position (30 hours per week) and is ideal for someone with some years’ experience in administrative support who enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and colleagues.
The primary working hours are scheduled from 10:00 to 16:00, following a flexible shift plan that you will help coordinate. There may be days when early arrival or staying a bit later is required.
The daily tasks
We are open to candidates from various backgrounds, but we imagine that you have experience from a similar role—perhaps in the hotel industry or at the reception of a larger company—where you have interacted with a wide range of stakeholders.
Your have еxcеllеnt communication skills, and you are able to communicate clearly and professionally in both Danish and English.
We expect you to be experienced working in Office 365.
As a person, you work indеpеndеntly and take responsibility for your tasks. Since the role also includes administrative duties, we hope you have a shаrp еyе for detail.
You will work closely with your colleagues in the Facilities team every day. Our mission is to show trust, tаkе rеspоnsibility, and fоstеr development in everything we do. - Greeting and welcoming our guests
- Answering phone calls, as well as handling inquiries from employees and visitors
- Ensuring the reception area is always tidy, organized, and inviting
- Administration of access cards
- Meeting room bookings
- Administration of company bikes and parking spots, and ordering flowers and gift baskets
- Handling mail, packages and courier service
- Ordering office supplies, business cards and credit card administration.
- Assisting with home office equipment
- Planning of meetings and events
- Providing general administrative support to the office
