Core Responsibilities
The Global ERP Transformation team leads the migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring future readiness.
You will contribute to a finance stream responsible for end-to-end solutions and ensuring that tax considerations are integrated throughout the solution scope, achievements, and quality.

Core Responsibilities
- Delivering and executing the finance transformation strategy and implementation for various projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Completing the Finance deliveries with quality; work through plans and set clear deliverables, timelines, and achievements, ensuring that quality is high and cross-functional coordination works seamlessly
- Coordinate efforts between cross-functional teams to drive successful project execution, proactively managing risks and resolving issues that arise during the implementation phase
- Maintain clear and consistent communication, in alignment with the Transformation stream and PMO, with all collaborators, ensuring they are updated on progress, challenges, and key decisions
- Support the development and delivery of training programs to ensure that internal teams are well-prepared to operate new systems and processes
- Foster a culture of ongoing improvement, allowing for the discovery of efficiencies and innovative solutions, seamlessly integrating with the Finance processes using standard methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the finance processes, identifying potential risks associated with the Finance transformation
- Co-create the finance strategy to improve the value via ERP platform, drive automation and efficiency through optimized processes

You will contribute to a finance stream responsible for end-to-end solutions and ensuring that tax considerations are integrated throughout the solution scope, achievements, and quality.
Do you have, what it takes?
- Finance or process management related experience, ideally from a role in an in-house team working with compliance, processes, and improvement projects. Experience with ERP implementation is an advantage.
- Financial education above Bachelor Level – alternatively, project/program management with a solid understanding of integration to finance
- Strong communication skills incl stakeholder management
- Ability to convert complex problems and issues into the tangible business and finance recommendations, problem solving skills
