Join us as the Leak Analyst & Investigator Manager for the Confidentiality Team and play a vital role in protecting the LEGO brand and its exciting new launches!


Core Responsibilities

The Confidentiality Leak Analyst & Investigator will report directly to the Confidentiality Officer but will on a day-to-day level partner with the Director of Leak incident Management for prioritization and direction. Responsibilities will include the following



  • Drive analysis & investigation of leak incidents – in close dialogue with relevant product teams and other partners in the organization.
  • Drive analysis of leak trends – and synthesize findings and insights to pinpoint key areas of focus to support process improvement and/or training initiatives
  • Build and maintain self-service reporting set-up in Power BI for Confidentiality team and drive enhanced external reporting towards product teams, the broader LEGO organization and select partners.
  • Help ensure solid data-quality in the registration of leak incidents.

Led by the Confidentiality Officer, the Confidentiality Team consists of 10 members focused on safeguarding critical, commercially sensitive information and assets. This team protects our Intellectual Properties (IPs), new launches, and the LEGO brand, as leaks before product reveals, can pose significant business risks, disrupt marketing, and give competitors an advantage.

In the past three years, we have improved our leak management and are now striving to enhance leak control beyond just brick-based products. The team is divided into two main areas

Leak Incident and Response (where this role will be sitting) Responsible for managing, investigating, and reporting leaks to the LEGO business and key IP partners.

Partnering and Engagement Collaborates with internal teams on confidential projects, focusing on both brick-based and digital initiatives. This group works closely with Product Marketing, Development, and Corporate Communications, influencing processes with external partners and leading training programs.

Please note This is a position based in Billund, Denmark. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office). Relocation support is not offered for this role.

  • Solid experience of data analytics and reporting
  • Structured, Meticulous and Curious by nature
  • Energized by connecting the dots as a ‘digital Sherlock Holmes’
  • IT Savvy (without needing experience from an IT role – but quick to learn)
  • Enjoys building network and close relationships virtually and at a distance – succeeding through others.



Additional Assets To Strive For



  • Proven years of experience with/in a large global organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple open tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools
  • Understanding of major online discussion platforms (e.g., Reddit, Discord)
  • Knowledge of pop culture related to LEGO products
