We’re seeking a strategic Head of Graphic Design to lead a team of leaders and shape the structure, culture, and direction of graphic design applied to our products within the LEGO portfolio. This is a pivotal leadership position focused on empowering others to succeed.
In this role, you’ll drive organizational clarity, talent development, and cross-functional collaboration - ensuring that our global graphic design function thrives and evolves in line with the LEGO Group’s mission and values. Core Responsibilities
Based in Billund, Denmark, LEGO Design is a diverse collective of around 600 creative minds. We work together to create iconic LEGO experiences that inspire joy and creativity worldwide. We thrive with the challenge of innovating within guidelines and constraints, fostering an environment where every idea is valued. No two projects are the same, and they all require different needs and expertise.
The Graphic Design organization creates cohesive product experiences in partnership with functions across LEGO Design and collaborators across the value chain. We focus on developing graphic assets like elements, stickers, textiles, and foils, ensuring they reflect our visual identity and iconic symbols. Our goal is to make these designs reusable and scalable throughout the entire business lifecycle.
Do you have what it takes?

Core Responsibilities
- Strategic outlook on future creative expression of graphics in the LEGO product portfolio while also protecting and securing current graphic LEGO DNA.
- Drive Excellence Define and drive the execution of Graphic Design across the LEGO product portfolio, ensuring excellence in all visual assets.
- Inspire Leadership Lead and nurture a dedicated Graphic Design team. Demonstrate bravery, focus, and curiosity in a creative design environment, while inspiring others to do the same.
- Develop Graphic Processes Spearhead the development of graphic decoration application processes and capabilities in collaboration with the Operation’s team to enhance user experiences and connect to overall creative vision.
- Ensuring a vibrant, diverse and positive culture enabling our creative people thrive.
- Partner with cross-organizational functions to build the creative culture and ensure cohesive project execution.
- Lead in a Changing World Navigate challenges with confidence, empowering your team and fostering a culture of trust, ownership and accountability.
- Overall cultural health and motivation & satisfaction of the LEGO Design organization.

- Experience working with children’s brands or in play-based design environments.
