Kontrakttype: Fuld tid

Are you curious, tech-savvy, and love helping others? Do you want to kick-start your career in a supportive, international environment where learning never stops? At our company, you’ll work with market-leading software, collaborate with experienced colleagues across Scandinavia, and gain hands-on experience with real customer challenges. You’ll be part of a team that values growth, innovation, and teamwork—where your ideas are heard, your development is supported, and your work truly makes a difference.
About The Role
We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Nordic team and support customers in both Sweden and Denmark. You’ll be the go-to person for helping users with our Tax and Accounting software products—answering questions, solving problems, and making sure they get the most out of our tools.
Our software helps accounting professionals and small businesses manage everything from annual reports to digital signatures and practice management. It’s powerful, but user-friendly and your job is to make sure our customers feel confident using it.
You’ll be part of a tight-knit team of support professionals who are experienced, collaborative, and know how to have fun while delivering great service. We work closely with colleagues in sales, product, and development, so you’ll be right at the center of things.
What You’ll Do
If you’re excited about this opportunity and think you’d be a great fit, we’d love to hear from you. Whether you’re fresh out of school or looking for your next challenge, this could be the start of something great.
Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process.
