As a Revenue Systems Manager at Monta, you will be responsible to lead the design, optimization, and day-to-day management of Monta’s revenue tech stack. This role is essential to scaling our revenue engine through CRM administration, workflow automation, system integrations, and data operations across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success.

Here Are Some Things You’ll Be Working On
Systems & Tooling Ownership
- Administer our Revenue Tech Stack, HubSpot, DealHub, Gong and Clay, optimizing lead-to-quote and quote-to-cash flows with minimal manual work
- Manage integrations and APIs, resolving sync errors and performance issues
- Develop and update internal docs, in-app guidance, and training materials
- Map and automate core revenue processes, closing gaps and driving efficiency
- Implement routing, scoring, enrichment and CRM playbooks for consistent lead handling
- Scale approval workflows, notifications and lifecycle triggers
- Monitor process health to identify drop-offs and bottlenecks
- Enforce data governance: validation, dedupe, enrichment and sync monitoring
- Partner with Analytics to build dashboards on pipeline velocity, sales cycles, attribution and system health
- Set up alerts and reports to flag inconsistencies or tech-stack issues
- 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or Sales/Marketing Operations, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot (preferred) or Salesforce, as well as tools for quoting, enrichment (e.g. Clay), and communication enablement.
- Strong technical literacy, including comfort with system configuration, API troubleshooting, and multi-platform integration logic.
- Proven track record of supporting enterprise sales cycles and commercial workflows through tooling and automation.
- Analytical thinker with a process mindset—able to turn business requirements into scalable, system-supported solutions.
- Clear communicator who can bridge technical detail with business impact and drive adoption across both commercial and technical teams.
