We are looking for a Visual Merchandising Coordinator
Are you passionate about beauty? Do you like to coordinate many projects? Then you might be our next Store Design Coordinator.
Estée Lauder Companies at a glance
The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is one of the world’s leading manufacturers, marketers, and sellers of quality skin care, makeup, fragrance, and hair care products. The company’s products are sold in approximately 150 countries and territories under brand names including: Estée Lauder, Aramis, Clinique, Lab Series, Origins, MAC, La Mer, Bobbi Brown, Aveda, Jo Malone London, Bumble and bumble, Darphin Paris, TOM FORD BEAUTY, Smashbox, AERIN Beauty, Le Labo, Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle, KILIAN PARIS, Too Faced, Dr.Jart+, and the DECIEM family of brands, including The Ordinary and NIOD.
The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Visual Merchandising Coordinator for our VM & SD Team. You will manage Visual Merchandising orders across the Nordics for our brands. You will report directly to the Nordic Corporate Store Design & Visual Merchandising Manager and collaborate with both the VM & SD team and the operational team within the Nordic and EMEA regions.
Your Key Responsibilities
More specifically, you will:
You approach your tasks structured, systematically, and with excellent attention to detail. Adhering to timelines and deadlines is important to you, and you do so with a proactive and positive attitude.
You will become part of a dynamic and passionate team based in our Nordic head office in Carlsberg Byen, with the possibility of a hybrid working model. We offer an exciting opportunity to join a global company with a strong heritage within an innovative and growing industry, including:
We are the global leader in prestige beauty — delighting consumers with transformative products and experiences, inspiring them to express their individual beauty. We are the only company focused solely on prestige makeup, skin care, fragrance, and hair care with a diverse portfolio of 25+ brands sold in approximately 150 countries and territories. Infused throughout our organization is a passion for creativity and innovation — a desire to push the boundaries and invent the unexpected — as we continue the bold work of our founder Estée Lauder.
Inclusion, Diversity and Equity in the core of everything we do
Estee Lauder Companies is an equal opportunities employer. As part of our ID&E, we provide local development training such as identifying unconscious bias in workplace settings and how to counteract them through annual sessions in the Nordics.
We positively encourage applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief, marital status, or pregnancy and maternity.
Next Step
We will be reviewing applications on an ongoing basis, and please note that virtual interviews are part of this recruiting process. Preferred start date is August or as soon as possible.
We are looking forward to hearing from you.
