As our new Student Assistant, you will be part of the Training Readiness and Support team within Manufacturing and Engineering at our multiproduct facility in Copenhagen. You’ll play a central role in ensuring effective training coordination, documentation, and onboarding logistics, contributing to our ongoing commitment to excellence and compliance.

What You’ll Do

This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain practical experience supporting GMP training initiatives in a high-performing, fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring training documentation complies with Good Documentation Practice (GDocP)
  • Maintaining and updating training platforms and learning management systems
  • Coordinating onboarding logistics for new employees in Manufacturing and Engineering
  • Organizing, tracking, and archiving training documentation according to GMP standards
  • Supporting daily operations and project-specific tasks related to training

  • Be available to work approximately 15 hours per week on-site at our Copenhagen facility
