Almirall is looking for a newly graduated talent with a scientific background to join as a Key Account Manager and support marketing initiatives across the Nordics. This is a unique opportunity to enter a dynamic, international company and grow into a commercial role with broad exposure.


Field sales and Nordic marketing support

As a Key Account Manager, you will work field-based in Denmark and be responsible for engaging with dermatology specialists and clinics to support the successful adoption of Almirall’s innovative dermatology treatments. At the same time, you will play a supporting role in regional marketing and omnichannel projects across the Nordics—helping align field activities with digital and commercial strategies. Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, Nordics, you will gain hands-on experience with customer interaction, product communication, and data-driven marketing execution. Your responsibilities will include supporting product presentations, collecting market insights, working with CRM systems (Veeva), and assisting with the coordination of congresses and commercial events. The role is highly collaborative, and you will work closely with both the medical and commercial teams. Travel activity is expected to be up to 50% within Denmark and the Nordics.


Commercially driven with a scientific approach

You hold a master’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related scientific field. Perhaps you have gained your first industry experience through an internship or student assistant role in a pharmaceutical company and are now ready to take on your first full-time position. You are structured, proactive, and curious—eager to learn and contribute to both customer-facing activities and cross-functional projects. You are motivated by working in the field, interacting with healthcare professionals, and contributing to the success of a growing company. At the same time, you enjoy supporting marketing initiatives and have a genuine interest in digital tools and omnichannel communication. You speak and write Danish and English fluently, and thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative, and international environment. Additionally, you are eager to join a dynamic and innovative company with a strong focus on employee development, offering significant opportunities for professional growth and potential international rotations to the company’s HQ in Barcelona or other affiliates.
