Join our Strategy & Development Team

We are the strategic core of Danske Bank's Large Corporate and Institutions (LC&I), a dedicated unit that crafts and refines business strategies, advancing IT development, and fostering business excellence. Our teams lead transformative initiatives and manage complex projects, consistently promoting innovation and enhancing IT and operations. We pride ourselves on cross-functional collaboration, working closely with business leaders and stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment.

This role offers an opportunity to work at the heart of the Strategy & Development department, providing vital support to ensure seamless operations. You’ll collaborate closely with the Strategy & Development Management team, and other key stakeholders to support and deliver on strategic objectives for LC&I.

As a Personal Assistant within our Strategy & Development team, you will support the Head of Strategy & Development, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. Your ability to anticipate needs and offer proactive solutions will be key to maintaining efficiency and focus within the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Head of Strategy & Development’s calendar, aligning it with organisational priorities.
  • Anticipate needs and provide proactive solutions to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee travel arrangements, meeting preparations, and follow-ups.
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Serve as the point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can quickly integrate into our corporate culture. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience as a Personal Assistant or a similar role, ideally within the banking or financial services sector
  • Solid organisational and strategic calendar management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office management tools like Outlook, Excel, and Concur.
  • Fluency in English.
