Are you a German-speaking sales talent ready to kick-start your career in a category-defining SaaS company? We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Sales team in Aarhus or Copenhagen. In this role, you’ll help businesses unlock their full potential through playable marketing - a fresh, impactful approach to driving engagement and growth.


This role is perfect for ambitious, relationship-driven individuals who thrive on creating new business opportunities and are eager to grow their career in SaaS sales. Reporting to our Regional Sales Manager for the DACH region, you'll join a high-performing team already working with some of the most recognised brands in the market.


The role

In this pure outbound “hunter” sales role, you will be tasked with identifying and developing opportunities with existing and new prospect organisations of all sizes, complexities and needs in the German market. You’ll be the first point of contact, sparking interest and building the foundation for lasting customer relationships.


Using your natural sales talent and curiosity, you’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to reach decision-makers through cold calls, email, LinkedIn outreach, and more. Your mission? Open doors, start conversations, and create pipeline.


To succeed in this role, you’ll need the drive to prospect fearlessly, the confidence to engage new contacts, and the skill to build rapport quickly. You stay sharp by keeping up with the latest marketing and industry trends, and you’re energised by the thrill of creating new opportunities from scratch.


The Role Includes

  • Prospecting target accounts based on ideal customer profiles globally
  • Proactively reaching out and connecting with target accounts via phone, email and LinkedIn to identify new opportunities
  • Setting Sales Executives up for success by booking qualified sales meetings and ensuring they are thoroughly handed over
  • Ensuring Hubspot is up to date by logging your activities - data is king
  • Working closely with the Global Sales team and learning from some of the brightest minds in the industry


The Ideal Profile

  • An entrepreneurial self-starter who is not afraid to get their hands dirty
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand customers’ business needs
  • Experience with digital marketing or technology is a plus as you will be selling to marketing professionals from various industries
  • International SaaS, Martech and/or B2B sales experience is an advantage
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Norwegian or Swedish
  • Driven and self-motivated and the desire to work in a high-performance culture with continual development
