Tembi is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Sales Executive, responsible for managing complete sales cycles and expanding our customer base by driving revenue growth across Europe.

Our SaaS solution provides deep insights into various European segments and industries, enabling our clients to identify, target, and win new clients, react to market changes, and optimise their offerings based on Tembi’s insights. And our consultative service ensures that we get them there.
About The Role
As a Sales Executive, your primary focus will be managing the sales process within your designated client segment, from prospecting to closing deals, and ensuring clients get the most value from our solutions.
With reference to the business lead of your designated segment, you will work closely with SDRs and Sales Engineers to confidently guide potential clients through each step of the sales cycle, significantly contributing to the success of the e-commerce segment.
Your Specific Responsibilities Will Include
As the ideal candidate for this role, you bring experience in solution selling or consultative selling and have a passion for and deep understanding of value-based selling, which will be your primary weapon in helping our clients.

- Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals with clients
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential clients, ensuring continuous engagement and follow-ups.
- Showcasing the value of Tembi and our services and designing solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborating with the marketing and SDR teams to align on strategies and ensure high-quality leads.
- Achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall revenue growth for the e-commerce segment.

Essential Qualifications And Traits We Value Include
- +5 years of proven experience in solution selling or consultative sales, preferably from selling tech solutions
- A strong track record of managing your own sales pipeline and closing deals with mid and large-sized enterprises, with an average deal size of above EUR 10 K ARR
- Experience working with the Last Mile og E-com sector will be an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients at various levels.
- A solid and practical understanding of sales processes and methodologies (we use MEDDICC), as well as standard SaaS metrics.
- A motivated, accountable and client-focused personality with a drive to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- A relevant academic degree (bachelor's or master's) within business development, marketing or similar
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English - (Danish language skills are not required).
