What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Compliance Manager within our Corpay One division. This position falls under our Compliance line of business and is located in Copenhagen. In this role, you will lead and manage day-to-day compliance activities across Corpay One in Denmark and, where required, within the EU. You will ensure regulatory obligations are met, drive continual compliance improvement, and support the business through pragmatic, risk-based solutions. You will report directly to the Director of Compliance and regularly collaborate with stakeholders across legal, operations, data protection, and governance functions.

How We Work

As a Compliance Officer, You Will Be Expected To Work In a Hybrid Environment. Corpay Will Set You Up For Success By Providing

  • Assigned workspace in Copenhagen office
  • Company-issued equipment + remote access

Role Responsibilities

  • Acting as lead SME for regulatory compliance and serving as the primary point of contact for Danish FSA matters (including licensing registration and ongoing compliance requirements)
  • Managing and submitting all licensing applications in line with Danish FSA expectations
  • Overseeing and advising on Data Privacy matters, including deputizing for the DPO when required
  • Providing SME-level advice on Data Protection and Governance across Corpay One in accordance with legislation
  • Identifying risk-based compliance solutions to operational challenges and resolving issues through clear engagement with stakeholders
  • Managing compliance systems and tools including:
  • One trust and all associated Modules (Privacy Right, Data Mapping, Third Party Risk Management, PIA and DPIA automation and Policy Management.)
  • ISMS Platform management and associated tracks (Audit, Risk Management, AML Management, Regulatory governance tracker)
  • Training management (content, reporting and administration).
  • Supporting Business Continuity Planning development, maintenance, and testing
  • Carrying out scheduled reviews and audits to ensure a strong Compliance

Framework Through a One Corpay Approach, Including

 - Supporting the Director of Compliance in implementing Governance frameworks and ongoing reviews

 - Championing effective and risk-based policies, procedures, and processes

 - Ensuring compliance activities support and defend business objectives

 - Investigating, mitigating, and resolving incidents alongside internal/external stakeholders

 - Supporting contract bid processes and customer assurance requests

Qualifications & Skills

  • Fluent in spoken and written Danish and English
  • Extensive knowledge of Danish FSA obligations, particularly related to PSP and/or PI permissions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
  • Ability to balance compliance needs with operational and financial constraints
  • Preferred: Experience working in regulated entity in Denmark (especially PSP and/or PI)
  • Ability to develop compliance knowledge and foster a positive compliance culture within the team
