Job Description: We're looking for a Channel Lead to lead the channel sales in our digital channels through a strong understanding of the customer behaviour in Satair’s digital channels. You will plan and develop campaigns in close cooperation with Marketing, Product Management and Sales. What the job is ...As a Channel Lead Drive the e-commerce channel sells access to our digital offers in alignment with our commercial objectives. You will Identify market trends and opportunities for growth, ensuring Satair remains a leader within aerospace e-commerce. You'll be working at our headquarters in Amager, Copenhagen, as part of a dynamic international team, contributing to the future of our cutting-edge platform. Your responsibilities with our new e-commerce & digital channels team are characterized by;
- Drive the channel sales access to our digital offers in alignment with our objectives as well as in alignment with Satair’s digital team
- In alignment with Satair’s business and Commercial department’s objectives. Identify market trends and opportunities for growth, ensuring Satair remains a leader on our digital channels
- Drive, plan & automate marketing campaigns in alignment with Marketing, Product Management, Customer Resolution and other internal stakeholder
- Ensure a clear understanding of our customer’s behavior in the digital channels and offers to constantly improve the customer experience
- Train and educate our customer facing functions about the customer behaviour
- Identify the drivers and support the implementation of solutions to attract, convert & nurture leads customer leads into sales
- Ensure a good understanding of our sales efforts through tracking of the sales activities, monitoring the KPIs of lead conversion and sales performance
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital or Business
- Experience with driving the commercial effort through digital channels in an industrial B2B environment
- Experience of agile and/or waterfall methodologies for business and digital development
- Experience in project management and/or product management work environments
- Experience with Adobe Suite or similar digital tools
- Advanced skills in the use of spreadsheets and slides creation
