Job Description: We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to constantly ensure e-Commerce customer success across our global portfolio of customers. Overseeing all our online customer relations, and building bridges between our customer and Satair. Join our new E-Commerce & Digital Channels team as a Customer Succes Manager and contribute to shaping the future of our innovative digital offer. What the job is ...As a Customer Success, you will work closely with our customer facing teams and our digital organization. You will support our overall account management efforts together with our many customer-facing teams. You will become the Customer e-commerce champion in Satair.. You'll be working at our headquarters in Amager, Copenhagen, as part of a dynamic international team, contributing to the future of our cutting-edge platform. Your responsibilities with our new e-commerce & digital channels team are characterized by;
- Responsible for e-Commerce customer life-cycle including but not limited to; Customer Onboarding, Account setup maintenance and offboarding of customers.
- Establish and nurture relationships with relevant stakeholders at our Top and Key customers
- Ensure a thorough understanding of our e-Commerce business with our customers - and drive the customer experience and success in close cooperation with Satair’s customer facing teams
- Conduct and support our Account Directors in e-Commerce focused business reviews
- Constantly drive and work in close cross-functional collaboration with account management stakeholders (ae. Account directors and Customer Resolution Management)
- Serve as an e-Commerce customer advocate, driving e-Commerce industry best practices and influencing the evolution of the e-Commerce setup
- Ensure a clear understanding of our customer’s behavior in the digital channels and offers to constantly improve the customer experience
- Train and educate our customer facing functions about the customer behaviour
- Cooperate closely with our Customer Care and Customer Lifecycle team to ensure a full view of the customer interaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the customer experience on Satair Market
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital, Business
- Experience in a customer success manager role for digital products in an industrial B2B environment
- Experience in customer life cycle in a digital environment (ae. customer onboarding, development and off boarding)
- Experience of agile and/or waterfall methodologies for business and digital development
- Experience in project management and/or product management work environments.
