About This Opportunity

We are looking for a new responsible, happy, and eager colleague for our Field Service Organization Team in the East of Denmark. Our primary area of work is the operation and maintenance of Mobile and Transmission networks within Denmark's borders. In addition, we also operate to a lesser extent in the Atlantic Area.

You will be part of our excellent team with good colleagues, who operate in a good working environment with high safety, and quality levels. Collaboration is in high focus to provide a good service to our customers.

The criteria that we are looking after, is for you not to be afraid of heights since most of the tasks take place in the top of masts and buildings. You are ready for a versatile and challenging everyday life and work independently and in two-people teams when required.

Working area will be East of Storebælt incl. Bornholm, and the work tasks are varied.

The contract will be for 12 months with a possibility to continue.

You will report to our Network Operation Center (NOC) and local Team Manager.

What you will do

  • Troubleshooting RAN 2G - 5G Network (Radio Access Network)
  • Bug fix on IBS Network (Indoor Build Solutions)
  • Error correction on Power and Battery backup system
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Maintenance tasks on the RAN & IBS Network
  • Installation / Extension tasks on RAN Network
  • On-call RAN shift team 24/7/365
  • Reporting
  • Preparation of documentation in sc. The tasks via PC or mobile device

What Is Preferred

  • Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and experience in operation and maintenance
  • Trained Tele Technician or Electrician is preferred
  • Do not suffer from a fear of heights
  • Understanding the importance of reporting and documentation
  • Can use a PC at the user level
  • Has a driving license for cat. B
  • Masters Danish fluently in writing & speaking
  • Master English at a reasonable level in writing and speaking
  • You are positive by nature, quality-conscious
  • You are flexible in terms of working hours and location
  • You are self-driving and take an active part in the work tasks
  • You take ownership and responsibility for your work tasks
  • You can talk to and advise customers on the best solution.

Place of work

You will be assigned to our department in the East, located in Albertslund, but will have tasks distributed in Copenhagen, Zealand and Bornholm, starting from private residence.
