You will be responsible for leading a team focused on implementing solutions globally based on Salesforce and Projectum's PPM tool. This role is crucial in further digitalizing the value chain across the departments of Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Project Management. It involves strategic planning, building business cases for IT transformation, and hands-on execution of activities as well as team development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of Salesforce and Projectum's PPM tool solutions globally.
  • Collaborate with departments such as Marketing, Business Development, Project Management, and Finance to digitalize the value chain.
  • Develop and execute strategies for IT transformation.
  • Build business cases to support IT transformation initiatives.
  • Engage in hands-on execution of Digital Customer Engagement activities.
  • Develop and nurture the team, ensuring effective team collaboration and performance.
  • Expand the team operations in the US and Japan.

Leadership Skills

  • Work closely with business and vendor stakeholders to implement the system.
  • Appropriately manage customer expectations regarding scope, schedule, and budgetary parameters
  • Identify impacts across teams and coordinate across senior levels to manage dependencies and potentially competing priorities.
  • Ability to understand user needs and make pro-active suggestions and changes.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple, complex projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years proven experience in CRM management, with a focus on Salesforce and preferably Projectum's PPM tool.
  • Strong strategic planning and business case development skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team development capabilities.
  • Ability to execute hands-on activities and drive team performance.
  • Experience with global team management and expansion.
