Job Description: Satair A/S - a part of Airbus - is growing and we are increasing our IT Infrastructure team! We’re looking for an additional colleague to assist with network operations and projects.Would you like to work with IT Network Infrastructure in a global business that operates non-stop? You will join a team of skilled professionals, participate in IT Infrastructure projects and take care of the daily operations with regards to Satair’s global network Cisco ecosystem, NAC, Checkpoint Firewalls, VPN, Wifi and SDwan.The position is located in Copenhagen, Denmark.The role also involves creating and maintaining network documentation, you will work closely with network support vendors to coordinate troubleshooting and support activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for the daily handling of Incidents and Service Requests through our IT Service Management tool.Some examples of currently in progress projects:
- Network infrastructure for new Copenhagen head office and warehouse
- Hosting migration to new datacenter
- Network integration with US based company that has joined Satair last year
- Replace MPLS with SDwan technology
- Cisco cloud managed (Meraki) transition
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar IT Infrastructure role
- Deep knowledge and experience with Cisco network ecosystem
- Hands on experience with firewall technologies (Checkpoint is a plus)
- IT-related education (IT Technician/Engineer) or a Bachelor degree
- Knowledge of ITIL framework, preferably certified in ITIL V4 Foundation
- Experience working with ITSM systems
- Fluent in English both written and verbally
- Written skills that demonstrates structure and care for the detail(s)
