As our new IT Technician Student Assistant, you will be joining one of Scandinavia’s most recognised architectural practices working on prestigious projects on a local and a global scale.

You will become a part of a small, dedicated team, take on real responsibilities, and further develop your IT skills in an international environment.

What We See You Doing

  • Resolving helpdesk issues and providing IT maintenance/support for our two Danish studios.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot assistance to users.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Communicate in a professional and friendly manner and provide clear and concise guidance.
  • Escalate complex or critical incidents to appropriate technical teams and follow up.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base and share best practices.
  • Work closely with the IT Technician in the Copenhagen office and the global IT organization.

What We Are Looking For

Basic proficiency in using and administering:

  • Windows desktop operating systems
  • Mac OSx systems
  • iOS devices
  • Microsoft Teams
  • PC and laptop hardware
  • Ticketing systems
  • Audio Visual systems

To thrive and succeed in this position you need excellent customer service skills and flexibility in terms of supporting the team during busy periods and on days with deadlines. You will use your analytical and organizational skills daily but must also be able to switch into a “hands-on” problem solving mode.

  • Location: Copenhagen studio
  • The position: The position is 15 hours per week with flexibility as needed for your study schedule.
  • Requirements: This position is only open to candidates who are currently enrolled at an institute of higher education.
  • Start time: We are looking to fill the position as soon as possible.
